BT Community Champions is run by BT's Volunteering team. The scheme reflects the massive contribution which BT employees make to the community through voluntary work, either in BT time or outside of office hours.
Every year the scheme:
Awards grants to community groups throughout the world
Benefits over 800 groups worldwide
Offers community groups the opportunity of an annual cash injection which is vital for their sustainability

Judges have been selected from across the lines of business with representatives from the USA and UK regions with hands on experience of working with community and voluntary groups. We are committed to ensure our judges, if actively involved with a community group, can apply and we are also committed to a fair process to judge these applications.
